Realty firm Trinity has awarded a contract worth ₹510 crore to BL Kashyap and Sons Ltd for the construction of its luxury residential project in Gurugram. In a statement on Sunday, Trinity said BL Kashyap will construct its housing project ‘Sky Palazzo Residences’ in Sector 88B, Gurugram. Last month, the company said it would develop this project “with an investment of ₹1,200 crore”.
Bengaluru-based real estate major Puravankara Group on Friday announced the resignation of Abhishek Kapoor from the position of chief executive officer and executive director of the group. It has appointed Mallanna Sasalu as CEO – South, subject to the approval of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors. In parallel, the company unveiled a joint venture to develop a 24.59-acre land parcel in North Bengaluru, with a gross development value (GDV) of ₹3,000 crore.
The project has a projected Gross Development Value (GDV) of over ₹3,300 crore. The project has a potential saleable area of about 3.48 million (34.8 lakh) sq ft. The project is slated for launch within the next six months. As per a BSE filing by the company, Kapoor cited “personal reasons” in his resignation letter.

The deal is expected to be completed in next two months. The acquisition of DNV Global will help Fenesta in backward integration and opportunity to create new line of business (hardware).
Adani Power has won a bid to supply 1,500 MW of electricity to Uttar Pradesh from a greenfield ultra-supercritical power plant in the state entailing an investment of $2 billion. This is further to the Uttar Pradesh cabinet approving the project earlier this month, a company statement said. The company will now sign a long-term power supply agreement with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd (UPPCL) under the Letter of Award (LoA) received today, it stated.

US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) has completed the inspection at Solara Active Pharma Science’s multi-product manufacturing facility at Ambernath, Maharashtra, the pharma major said a disclosure to the exchanges. The inspection established that the site is in an ‘Acceptable State of Compliance’ with Zero Form 483 inspectional observations from USFDA. The Agency with their designated investigator inspected the facility from May 5 to 9, 2025. Solara continues to stay focused on maintaining the highest level of compliance across its manufacturing facilities.
GAIL (India) Ltd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Karnataka government to explore the setting up of renewable energy projects of up to 1 gigawatt (GW) in the state. “Under the MoU, the Government of Karnataka would facilitate GAIL to obtain necessary permissions/registrations/approvals/clearance/ incentives, etc., from the concerned departments of the state, as per the prevailing policies/rules and regulations of the state government. GAIL intends to set up renewable energy projects of up to 1 GW within a period of five years,” the company said in a statement. GAIL, however, did not disclose financial details of the project.
Wipro has announced the appointment of Sandeep Dhar as the global head of its Global Capability Centre (GCC) practice. In his new position, Dhar — who brings in three decades of experience — will drive Wipro’s consulting-led and AI-powered GCC strategy, aiming to help global enterprises build and scale future-ready transformation and innovation hubs, a company statement said. Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has sought approval from the Competition Commission of India to acquire majority stake in commercial vehicle maker SML Isuzu. The company had earlier announced that it would acquire 58.96 per cent stake in SML Isuzu for ₹555 crore. “The proposed combination relates to acquisition of shareholding by the acquirer (M&M) in the target (SML Isuzu Ltd),” a notice filed with the Competition Commission of India (CCI) said on May 5. The proposed combination is notified under section 5(a)(i)(A) of the Competition Act, 2002, it added.
ACME Solar Holdings has commissioned the first phase of the 300-MW of Acme Sikar Solar power project in Rajasthan, envisaging generation of 52.5 MW. With the commissioning of the first phase, the operational capacity of the company will increase to 2,592.5 MW. Strategically located in one of India’s highest solar irradiation zones, it is poised to be an important contribution to India’s renewable energy goals, the company said in a statement.
