Royal Enfield’s Classic 650 launched, starting at ₹3,37,000 lakh

Royal Enfield has launched the Classic 650, its latest motorcycle priced starting at ₹3,37,000 (ex-showroom, Chennai), the company announced on March 27, 2025. The new model builds on the brand’s iconic Classic range, blending heritage design with modern performance features.

The shares of Eicher Motors Limited were trading at ₹5,364.50 down by ₹38.80 or 0.72 per cent on the NSE today at 1.55 pm.

Built on Royal Enfield’s globally recognized 650cc twin motor platform, the motorcycle offers a refined riding experience with enhanced capabilities. The Classic 650 features a modern design with shorter sporty fenders, wider tires, and a forward-leaning stance adapted to its powerful twin-cylinder engine.

B Govindarajan, Managing Director of Eicher Motors Limited and CEO of Royal Enfield, emphasized the motorcycle’s significance, describing it as more than just a vehicle but a tribute to the brand’s rich legacy. The model comes in four color variants: Vallam Red, Bruntingthorpe Blue, Teal, and Black Chrome.

The motorcycle boasts premium features including Showa suspension, an uncluttered digital LCD dash, and an ergonomic riding posture. Royal Enfield is also offering attractive finance and exchange options for existing Classic 350 customers through its REOWN program, available across 230+ cities.

This launch reinforces Royal Enfield’s position as a global leader in the mid-size motorcycle segment, continuing its tradition of blending classic design with contemporary engineering.
