Tata Steel reported its consolidated net profit for the quarter ended March 2025 at ₹1300.81 crore as against ₹611.48 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Board has recommended Final Dividend of 3.60 per equity share.
Board has approved to infuse funds up to USD 2.5 Billion (~₹21,410.95 crore), by way of subscription to equity shares of T Steel Holdings Pte. Ltd (‘TSHP’), wholly owned foreign subsidiary of the Company, in one or more tranches, during FY2025-26.
Shares dip 0.97% on the NSE to ₹150.16.
