Navratna PSU stock Railtel declares 10% dividend. Record date, other details

The board of directors of Railtel Corporation of India Ltd has announced a second interim dividend at a rate of 10% of the paid-up share capital (Rs.1/- per share). In addition, the board has set Wednesday, April 2, 2025, as the “Record Date” for the distribution of the second interim dividend for the fiscal year 2024-25. The payment or dispatch date for the dividend warrant is scheduled for April 9, 2025, as stated by the company in an exchange filing.
