Bajaj Finance posted a consolidated profit after tax of ₹4,546 crore for Q4 FY25, a 19 per cent increase from ₹3,825 crore in the same quarter last year.
For the full fiscal year 2025, the company’s consolidated profit rose 16 per cent to ₹16,779 crore, from ₹14,451 crore in FY24. The consolidated assets under management (AUM) grew 26 per cent to ₹416,661 crore as of March 31, 2025, compared to ₹330,615 crore a year earlier.
The board of directors has approved a significant capital restructuring plan, subject to shareholder approval. This includes a stock split that will reduce the face value of shares from ₹2 to ₹1, followed by a 4:1 bonus issue. Additionally, the board recommended a final dividend of ₹44 per equity share for FY25, along with a special interim dividend of ₹12 per share from the exceptional gain resulting from its subsidiary’s IPO.
Bajaj Finance crossed a milestone with its customer franchise exceeding 100 million, standing at 101.82 million as of March 31, 2025, representing a 22 per cent growth from the previous year. The company booked 10.70 million new loans in Q4 FY25, up 36 per cent from Q4 FY24.

In a strategic move announced today, Bajaj Finance has entered an agreement to acquire a 12 per cent stake in cybersecurity firm Protectt.ai Labs Pvt. Ltd. for ₹65 crore. Founded in 2020, Protectt.ai specializes in mobile app security solutions.
The results include the performance of subsidiaries Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd (BHFL) and Bajaj Financial Securities Ltd (BFinsec). BHFL reported a 54 per cent increase in profit after tax to ₹587 crore for Q4 FY25, while BFinsec’s profit after tax grew 64 per cent to ₹36 crore for the same period.
The shares of Bajaj Finance Ltd ended at ₹9,105 up by ₹12 or 0.13 per cent, on the NSE.
