Mihan-SEZ, Nagpur Attracts Investments Across IT, Pharma, And Data Sectors

Nagpur, Apr 7 (KNN) Mihan-Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Nagpur has secured new investments from six companies across diverse sectors, including information technology (IT), pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing, and data infrastructure. 

The development allocates over 8 acres of land and 4,000 sq. ft. of built-up space to these companies, enhancing Mihan-SEZ’s growing reputation as a hub for future-ready businesses.

Among the new entrants, SDSM Analytics Pvt. Ltd. has acquired 1.5 acres of land, while Ascent Realty Pvt. Ltd. has been allotted 2 acres to develop IT and IT-enabled services (ITES) facilities. 

Another IT-focused firm, Blueberry Semiconductors Pvt Ltd, has secured 1.47 acres for its upcoming operations.

Expanding the SEZ’s manufacturing base, Master Medical Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company engaged in pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing, has taken possession of 1 acre to establish its production unit. 

Adding to Mihan’s growing digital ecosystem, YOTTA Data Centre, a leading player in data infrastructure and satellite-based internet services, has acquired 2.5 acres for the development of a new facility.

In addition to land allotments, Perla IT Pvt. Ltd has leased 4,000 sq. ft. of built-up office space at Mihan’s Central Facility Building (CFB) to commence its IT and ITES operations.

District collector and chairman of Mihan India Ltd (MIL), Vipin Itankar, highlighted that these investments reflect the region’s increasing appeal to future-oriented enterprises. 

Officials added that the entry of these six companies is expected to generate substantial employment opportunities and foster the growth of ancillary industries in the region. 

MADC is actively working to further strengthen the industrial ecosystem through improved connectivity, upgraded utilities, and investor-friendly policies.
