United Spirits Dividend 2025: Record date for interim dividend changed; check new date, other details

United Spirits Dividend 2025: Kingfisher beer-maker United Spirits Ltd announced that the record date for its upcoming interim dividend is changed. Vijay Mallya- owned beer manufacturer will conduct a board meeting on March 27, 2025 to consider and declare an interim dividend.

However, the company had announced in an exchange filing earlier that the record date for the dividend will be April 2. According to the new date, the record date is now April 3, 2025
