Godrej Properties sells over ₹1,000 crore in Pune project launch

Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) has sold residential inventory worth over ₹1,000 crore at its Godrej Evergreen Square project in Hinjewadi, Pune, the company announced today. The Mumbai-based developer sold 1,398 homes with a total area of approximately 1.23 million square feet.

The shares of Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) were trading at ₹1,996.70 up by ₹9.65 or 0.49 per cent on the NSE today at 10.15 am.

Launched in November 2024, just four months after acquiring the land, Evergreen Square has become GPL’s most successful project launch in Pune to date in terms of both sales value and volume. The project has a developable potential of approximately 2.41 million square feet, with an estimated revenue potential of around ₹2,045 crore.

Located in Hinjewadi, the project benefits from proximity to established infrastructure including schools, healthcare facilities, retail outlets, and entertainment venues. The area offers connectivity to major highways and will be served by a metro station just two minutes away from the development.

“This has now become the best-ever launch in Pune residential real estate,” said Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, in the company statement.

Godrej Properties, part of the 128-year-old Godrej Industries Group, was ranked as the largest developer in India by value of residential sales for FY 2024 and has received numerous industry recognitions for its sustainability practices.
